The hotel was quite neat and conveniently located near two tube stations, making it easy to explore central London. While the room was compact and left little space to move around, it was clean and had all the basic necessities. I did face an issue with hot water during my stay, but it was managed well by the staff. The value was reasonable for the New Year season, but I wish the rooms were more spacious.
